Pokhara College of Management (PCM) was established in the year 2002 AD as a private undertaking, affiliated with Pokhara University with an unwavering dedication to develop well educated, adaptive, creative and confident Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) graduates who could contribute to an organizations strategic capability and competitive advantage. The intention of PCM is to reward the society by making quality education affordable, therefore their motto: Enter to Learn-Go Forth to Serve.
The PCM Team firmly believes that quality management education and training has been long neglected in Nepal in general and Pokhara in particular. To fill this void, they started their journey with humble beginnings. That their beliefs have been accepted and their endeavors appreciated by guardians, students and the society alike is evident from the fact that their support has encouraged them to move from a small rented building to their own premise with an infrastructure that serves as a benchmark in education field. Their claim to excellence in developing ‘Knowledgeable Worker’ who posses immaculate ‘Moral Standards’ with a ‘Passion to Make Positive Contributions’ to the development of their society is grounded in their faculty members who are themselves path defining leaders in their own academic fields.
This highly qualified and motivated faculty team is well supported by the Directorial Board (which is diverse in profession but unified in purpose). To complement this precious collage of Human Resource, they use the latest in high-tech educational equipment, a library with a varied but relevant collection of books and journals and an environment which encourages innovative learning at individual level.
