At that time, the local administration was also not paying interest in such issues. The youths were of the same age, one day they were discussing about social service, they came to know about Jaycees creed from a person associated with Kathmandu Jaycees. The youth were inspired by the creed which said, “That faith in god gives meaning and purpose to human life and that service to humanity is the best work of life.”
