As the name suggests, the cave can have strange effects on some. It can drive people crazy as soon as they go into its depths. This is perhaps the only cave in Pokhara where, very few cavers has attempted to enter. The cave is located on a hillside. As this remains the most difficult caves, all enthusiasts are forbidden to enter this cave without an experienced guide. Many tunnels within the cave can easily mislead new or inexperienced cavers.

The cave is more than 300 meters long and it has at least three outlets. The cavers need to go straight down to enter the cave. After sliding down about five meters into the cave, it gets amazingly spacious. The cave is located on the outskirts of the Pokhara valley.
